1. Standard Policy
At VokuBox, every item is custom-printed specifically for you the moment an order is placed. Because we operate on a made-to-order basis and do not maintain a physical inventory, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind. We strongly encourage you to review the size charts provided on each product page before finalizing your purchase.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is the incorrect item, we will provide a replacement free of charge. There is no return shipping cost to you, as you are not required to mail the defective item back to us. To initiate a replacement:

Provide your Order Number.
Attach a clear photo of the damage or the manufacturing error.
Once we verify the defect with our production partner, a new item will be shipped to you at no additional expense.
3. Shipping Rates & Return Costs
Shipping Information We offer reliable shipping across our entire collection. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your items to be delivered once your order has been processed.
Standard Shipping: $2.50 per order + $2.75 per item.
Free Shipping: All orders of $75.00 or more qualify for free shipping.
Return Shipping Costs We believe in a worry-free shopping experience, which is why we handle the costs associated with getting your items right.
No Return Fees: Customers are not responsible for any return shipping costs.
Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, we provide a prepaid solution or replacement at zero cost to you.
